Models we have checked

Each page is one model. Prices carry the date we collected them.

We published two model pages and then checked the licence terms of one of the sources they used. We should have read those terms first. Until we have finished checking, the figures are down. The pages remain at their addresses with an explanation.

What is on each model page

The Japanese price with the number of shops listing it and the spread between them, and the US price in three separate tiers — authorised new, import-model new, and used — because they are not the same number and treating them as one is how we got a page wrong on our first attempt.

Where a tier does not exist, the page says we looked and found none rather than leaving it blank.

More models in preparation
We publish a model only once we have the Japanese price with its spread, all three US tiers checked, and the shipping and duty treatment. Some models never make it, because the honest answer turns out to be no.

Why so few

Checking one model properly takes longer than writing about it. We would rather have a small number of pages whose numbers you can verify than a large number you cannot.
